Terms & Conditions

We at Muzik Millennium are working to make our site www.muzikmillennium.co.uk  and  our studios accessible to people with disabilities.

Booking & Scheduling

Session Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed 24 hours in advance with deposit payment. Sessions are not guaranteed without confirmed payment.


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled session time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit 50% of session fee. No-shows will forfeit full payment.


Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance subject to availability. Same-day rescheduling requests may incur additional fees.

Payment Terms

Session Fees: Payment is required in full before session commencement unless prior credit arrangements have been established.


Overtime Charges: Sessions extending beyond booked time are subject to additional hourly rates based on availability and prior arrangement.


Additional Services: Production services, equipment rental, and additional technical support are billed separately and payable upon completion.


Late Payment: Accounts unpaid after 30 days are subject to 1.5% monthly service charge and may result in suspension of studio privileges

Data & Content Management

File Ownership: Clients retain ownership of their original creative content. Studio retains no rights to client material except as specified in separate production agreements.


Data Backup: Clients are responsible for bringing external storage for session backups. Muzik Millennium provides temporary project storage for 30 days post-session.


File Delivery: Final session files will be delivered only upon full payment of all outstanding balances. No partial file delivery for unpaid sessions.


Data Security: While Muzik Millennium employs reasonable data protection measures, clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important content.

Request Accommodations

Advance Notice: We encourage clients to discuss accessibility needs during booking to ensure appropriate accommodations are prepared.


Available Support:

  • Pre-session facility tours and equipment orientation

  • Flexible session scheduling to accommodate transportation needs

  • Alternative format materials (large print, digital, audio)

  • Sign language interpreters (with advance arrangement)

  • Personal care attendant access to all areas

Liability & Insurance

Equipment Responsibility: Clients are liable for damage to studio equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow studio protocols. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the responsible party.


Personal Property: Muzik Millennium is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to client personal property. Clients should secure valuable items and consider appropriate insurance coverage.


Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Muzik Millennium harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from their use of studio facilities or content created therein.


Force Majeure: Muzik Millennium is not liable for session cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, or equipment failures.

Code of Conduct

Professional Standards: All studio users must maintain professional conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate session termination without refund.


Substance Policy: Use of illegal substances on studio premises will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities. Legal substances that impair judgment or performance are discouraged.


Content Restrictions: Muzik Millennium reserves the right to refuse services for content deemed defamatory, illegal, or inconsistent with studio values.

Intellectual Property

Client Content: All original client content remains the exclusive property of the client. Muzik Millennium claims no ownership or publishing rights unless specified in separate agreements.


Studio Samples: Any studio-provided samples, loops, or production elements used in client projects remain property of Muzik Millennium or respective licensors.


Confidentiality: Muzik Millennium maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and will not disclose project details without explicit written consent.
